Walking is an easy way to take girls on an adventure outside the unit meeting place or your local park - this course will help you make the most of it!
The Walking Level 1 course includes 3 training sessions:
Online (zoom)
Session 1: Monday 16th January 2023 on zoom from 7-9pm
Session 2: Monday 6th February 2023 on zoom from 7-9pm
Face to Face (outdoors)
Session 3: Saturday 11th February 2023 all day outdoor walking session.
- The location will agreed after participants have registered e.g., a local forest park.
- The trainer will select a convenient location for walking, as close to participants as possible, to minimise travel time/expenses for participants.
- The trainer will confirm arrangements closer to the date and provide a short list of items to bring on the day e.g., food, water etc.
Participants need to attend all 3 sessions in order to complete the course.
